DELIVERY & HANDLING
We offer shipping via Ninja Van within Malaysia and to Singapore, and EMS (or equivalent courier) on orders from Brunei. Orders will be processed for shipping within 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday). However purchases made during launches or festive periods might be subjected to a longer processing time. An email will be sent once your item is shipped. The rates for shipping are as follows :

All duties and taxes imposed will be at the customer's expense.
In the event the delivery of your package was missed and is reverted back to Kulet, the shipping charges to resend the package to your address is to be borne by the customer.
COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available.
