EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges can be made subject to the following conditions:

    • Only full-priced items in original packaging, have not been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way. 
    • Size exchange (which is subject to availability). Kindly note that items exchanged can only be made for the same design, unless stated otherwise.
    • The items received are different to the items ordered. 
    • Shipping and handling fee incurred when returning an item to KULET are bourne by the customers and we are not liable until item(s) reaches our office. 
    • KULET will bear the shipping and handling fee for instances when an item was wrongly shipped only.
    • There will be no refund given should the piece of your purchased item exceed the price of exchanged item.
    • The customer will be required to pay the difference should the amount of the exchanged item exceed the price of purchased item. 
    • A shipping and handling fee will be charged to the customers upon approved exchange. 
    • Exchanges can only be made once, and all exchanges are final.
    • All purchases made at KULET Pop-up events or physical stores and products on SALE are final and non exchangeable or refundable.
    • Discount codes are non exchangeable for cash and subject to terms & conditions. 
    We do not provide refunds, only exchange of items. Kindly find the exchange policy as above.

     
    How to Exchange :

    • Email us at info.kulet@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Please state the invoice number, along with the item received and reason of exchange.
    • Once your exchange request is approved, we will email you an Exchange Authorization Reference number and provide you with all the details.
    • All exchange items must be shipped via PosLaju or EMS only.
    • To ensure safe delivery, all exchange items must be sent using a courier service with tracking. KULET will not be liable for any loss of exchange items in transit. Kindly email us the tracking number.
    • All exchange items must be approved by KULET with an Exchange Authorization Reference number. Any items received without prior approval will not be accepted.

    KULET has the rights to deny any exchange request although the conditions above are met.

    PREORDER POLICY

    We do not provide returns, exchanges or cancellations on preorders.
